We’re looking at caterers in the next month. Literally visiting from Boston to  Pensacola mid-December. We’ve got a couple lined up to meet with.

What’s your wedding like? I can scope out some info for you.

Also, thank god there’s another active Panhandle bride.

I’ve never used them, but I’ve heard and read good things about the food.  I looked at them before I decided to have my wedding in P’cola.  I live pretty much smack dab between Destin and Pensacola if you have any questions about the area.

I used to live in Pensacola, and we are getting married there next year. I know of a few caterers in town. One I know of for sure is Classic City Catering on Intendecia or Government street, I can’t remember. But my friend used to work there in high school and would always bring the best food to school the next day. Also, I have been to Christmas parties that have had food catered by them before.

We are having our reception in a restaurant, so I’m not going through a caterer, or else I’d tell you all about them. 🙂

Classic City Catering is actually the caterer I’m using! We met with them last month and they are great!  I’ve heard nothing but great things about them from everyone I’ve spoken to…  They are on Intendencia Street.  http://www.classiccitycatering.com

It’s been a while since I was down their way. I haven’t lived in Pensacola for a couple years now. I just remember that when they used to have Springfest, we would always pass by it.

We are having our reception at the Pensacola McGuires! We are so excited!

Congrats on selecting a caterer!  I’ve heard yummy things about their food!  Yep, Memorial Day weekend is pretty busy around here.  Were you looking to have your wedding in Destin or Pensacola?  I’d suggest looking at beach rentals in Navarre.  It’s usually not as crowded in that area.

Also, it’s right between the two.

Nancy’s was great, and probably will be our choice. Classic City was excellent.  Soiree was also great.

Hey ya’ll!!! I am a Texan who is getting married in NC but doing a trash-the-dress shoot in FL! haha We are going to be honeymooning somewhere around Destin and I just wondered if yall have any advice on reasonably priced photographers, from what I have looked at it seems like the photographers in FL are much more expensive than those around TX and NC… thanks for your help!
