I’m J. (aka Belle here) and am getting married August 7 in Pensacola FL! Loving being a beachy bride and having the time of my life planning our wedding!
We’re marrying in a historic church then having an amazing waterfront reception with a view for miles down a quiet stretch of beach!
Let’s support each other and give great advice!
Who else is beachin’ it? Now a beach can be beside a lake or a river too! Or just coastal.
Hugs to all brides and congrats btw!

I’m working on getting the std’s out when they arrive on monday and then updating all week the wedding website b/c the link to the site is on the std. Gotta be ready!
Next thing is to finalize the musicians I want for the reception and go ahead and get a contract for that. T’s sending in the info for the church this week too.
We’re going in April to do a site visit and meet w/minister, florist, reception venue, etc. I’m going to contact a cake baker this week too! I have two of them in mind.
April will be spent doing the invite suite and doing some interesting semi-homemade crafts around here. I’m having a designer create the suite, but I’m having them printed and pulling the whole look together myself. Also onto some other interesting crafts for the church (mossy seashell pomanders).

The only thing I’ve ever known for sure about my wedding is that I’d be barefoot in the sand! And I will indeed, Feb 2011 in St. Thomas. We’re taking a cruise to St. Thomas where we will have our ceremony and then having a reception back home in NY in April.

I’m getting married on September 18 on Hilton Head Island, SC. I never had big wedding dreams growing up, but I always hoped my wedding would be on a beach.
