That’s kind of like saying “give any ideas, comments, suggestions for a wedding”. A destination wedding is like any other wedding, except it’s at a destination you travel to.

What type of destination? Beach? Wine country? Mountains? Domestic or international destination?

Do you want cheap? Extravagant?

Large wedding? Small wedding?

First step would be to decide WHERE. Once you know the location, you can look for a venue, pastor, etc.

You’ll also need to decide what you want to do at the destination for the “party”. For example, my destination wedding, we just all went to a restaurant after the cememony for dinner. No DJ or cake. (We did that all at a back-home reception when we got back.)

@abbyful:  Agreed!

I might be able to help since I’m having one…but I at least need a destination 😀

ETA: Or a vague idea like tropical, mountain, other province, etc.
