So I bought some lovely poms in peachy, pink and cream tones for our wedding before we decided to do a Destination Wedding to Vancouver. I’m not sure if I should just sell them, or bring them to Canada for the ceremony venue. What would I do with them afterwards? Plus, they are such a PIA to assemble/fluff. Are they a lost cause?

@salejolie: There are so many factors to consider:
Do you have room and weight allowance to bring them?
Have you a firm plan re how you are going to use them at your venue?
Do you have an alternative for decor if you don’t take the poms?
Can you purchase your decor once you get to Canada?
Or, can you ship the poms ahead of time to your venue or to your hotel?

@julies1949: I was just planning to use them to decorate the chairs along the aisle. They aren’t fluffed yet so they fit in luggage, but afterwards I have no clue what to do with them. We’re getting married at a location that offers some kind of faux flower ball, but I think they are white, and not neccessarily something that I’m into. No alternative for decor yet.

@salejolie: You can possibly leave them with the venue- have you asked them if they want them? You could take them home and sell them or give them away.
