Hi!

I’m having the same issue 🙁  I’m thinking of either doing something the day of (in the afternoon?).. although most of my family won’t be there at the resort for it.. so we would just be doing it with our parents..  OR, we can do it before our local reception (which will be a month or 2 after our wedding).  I’m not sure.  it would b nice to incorporate some tradition, but it will be hard in Cabo.  Let me know what you guys decide!!

You can probably do a tea ceremony in the morning of your wedding day or the day before with family.

I’m having a destination wedding in Bali, but getting married at a resort.

We’re having our tea ceremony in the afternoon before the wedding ceremony.

We have just invited our families to the tea ceremony (about 50 people), and they will stay on for the wedding ceremony and reception. The rest of our guests will just arrive for the wedding ceremony and reception.

I would maybe think about doing the tea ceremony in your hotel suite, if it’s large enough, as having it on the beach might be a little inconvenient with re-filling teapots etc.
