Menues if you are having them, or drink menues. Mr. & Mrs. Chair plaques, signs for food tables.  Welcome signs, seating charts (for yourself), signs for photobooths or questbooks.

Really, the most important is either a seating chart or your escort cards, whichever you are doing (strike that if you’re having unassigned seating). The rest of it isn’t vitally important although nice to have. It’s not like someone is going to leave saying “Man, that was a great wedding, but I really needed a program!”. BUT since you sound a bit like I did, here’s a list of the paper products I made:

  • programs
  • escort cards
  • menus
  • place cards
  • tags for favours
  • tags for pashminas
  • tags for flip flops

One thing I should have made: A sign for our guest book. We had a photobook made from our e-pics and everyone thought it was so pretty I think they were afraid to write in it! We had to get our MC to make an announcement 😉
