(Closed) Detox?

What usually works for me is sticking to fruits and veggies, limiting salt, and drinking lots of water for 3 or 4 days. I have some friends that do The Cleanse but I could never tolerate something like that, I don’t think — my system is too sensitive! Have you tried something that works?

I have heard good things about BluePrintCleanse, but to be honest, I have never tried it.  They have different levels, so you can start slow and work your way up to a more intense cleanse.  I first heard of them a few years ago, but the juices are not cheap.  Here is the site: http://blueprintcleanse.com/

If I’m starting to feel sluggish/icky, I do what amysue mentioned and stick to fruit and veggies for a couple days.  That usually does the trick for me!
