Hi there –
Isn’t lymphoma one of the most treatable/curable of cancers? I wish him all the best with his speedy recovery and fx for an early remission!
Sorry to hear of the news but definitely look at it this way, he’s so young and will be a strong fighter!

@monet11: I am very sorry that you are going through this. I hope that he conquers his battle. My father was diagnosed with lung cancer at 37 but it was one of the more advanced stages of cancer, so the fct that he was alive for 5 years after that, we were grateful.
I hope that they caught the diagnosis early, the earlier the better.
I will pray for you and your husband.

@BellaDee: yes, it actually is (Thank God). As another lymphoma survivor told us a few weeks back, if you have to get cancer, this is the one to get. But that doesn’t mean that he’s out of the woods by any means. It’s going to be a hard road with intense chemo therapy. Hopefully he won’t need any other procedures (ie bone marrow transplant, etc) but one never knows. However, we are extremely optimistic and are planning for the future, one that hopefully includes children:-)
Thank you so much for your wishes!
