That’s awful, I’m sorry. My husband’s job is not as bad as yours, but he is also overworked and also salaried, so I can sympathize. It does wear a person down, so I hope he gets some relief soon!

Has he talked to the owners about bringing in more workers? If the business has exploded this much, you’d think there’d be extra money for employees.

Aww… I’m sorry.  It’s so hard to see your man stressed and not sure what to do.  I guess just remember that he’s also wishing things could be different.

One time when Darling Husband was going through a period where he was working a LOT, I would send little notes and emails to him all the time saying how proud I was of his hard work and thanking him for being such a hard worker.  Then, I started sending sexy notes that led to one night (when I knew he would be home).  I made his favorite dinner, gave him a massage, and gave him the choice between a few different sexy… activities. 😉

He LOVED it and I was so glad I could help him relax a bit.  He said it also really helped to affirm him in his work and give him a lot of energy to continue. Sometimes men just need some affirmation that their work is appreciated and noticed.
