I’m confused, I thought you had the actual diamond in hand. You’re saying that they messed up and put the wrong diamond video on their site?

*hugs* I’m sorry bee. But like other PPs have said I’m sure JA will render this issue especially if it’s on their end! I know that it’s hard to hear now, but it wil all work out one way or another! <3 I totally understand where you’re coming from I would be panicking too! But for now I think you need to relax so take deep breath, a bubble bath, look at cute baby animal videos on youtube, and have a nice glass of Cabernet! (Or riesling, or hot tea, or whatever drink you find soothing :D)

I guess I don’t understand the issue. They didn’t send you the wrong diamond, and had yet to finalize the order. That’s why they send you pictures/videos, whatever, before you get the ring. So if there is a mistake, it can be fixed. So, zero problem in the first place.
