Is your wedding band going to have diamonds or not? I am on the fence with it. I really love some diamonds, like 10, but then I like comfort of having a wedding ring that I can wear anywhere and at anytime without worrying about dirtying it, bashing it up or it getting stollen. What did/are you get/getting? Feel free to attach pics! I’ve attached two that I am considering and my engagement ring.

I love the first picture of the band with the channel set diamonds!!! My band is going to look like that only as an eternity band. I totally get what you mean about not wanting to worry about wearing it, but it would be really hard for me to pass up diamonds!! ๐

My engagement ring. If I got a band without diamonds I might lookf for one that’s more square like my e ring. I am not sure yet.

I work for a luxury jewelry brand that is very generous to give simple gold wedding bands as a wedding gift to employees who marry while working for the company. I was thrilled with this and thought that a simple band was exactly what I wanted. Then one day I was helping tag some products in our stock and happened upon a paved band and thought, what the heck, let’s try it. Big Mistake! Now I am smitten and really want a paved band! I have come to a compromise wherein I will accept the free simple gold band from my company (duh!) and Fiance will buy me a paved band as a gift when we have our first child….That way I can switch them according to where I’m going and what I’m doing.

I haven’t tried any bands on yet but my preference is also the channel set diamonds. However, your engagement ring seems to have square diamonds so maybe square channel set diamonds on the band would be a nice compliment instead of round. Maybe I am just not looking close enough at one of the pictures. Either way, I vote diamonds!

We made our rings for each other, and didn’t use diamonds. I have a diamond on my engagement ring though, and wear them together so that I still get some sparkle. ๐
I love being able to wear my ring anywhere without worrying too much about it – but the pics of the ring that you’re thinking about are beautiful, and either would look amazing with your engagement ring.

I wanted a plain white gold band, which is what I got. I didn’t want anything to detract from the stone in my engagement ring. Also, I wanted something that would be pretty durable because I teach young kids. I figured for times where I was doing something sloppy or messy, I could just take my engagement ring off and have the plain band. If something happens to it, I won’t feel terrible because it only cost like $150.

mine has diamonds. I tried a plain band, but with a pave e-ring setting it looked kinda funny

@Jessie516 I teach kids too! I really do think I’ll go with a simple white gold band that goes with my e ring!

mine actually looks just like the one without diamonds that you posted. jewish tradition says you have to have a solid gold ring, uncut, so no diamonds for us. plus it’s good for the budget.
