jcud4 :  I am 34 weeks and we have gone for a backpack changing bag so it is more comfortable for both my husband and I to wear / carry. Over the shoulder bags throw me off balance and screw my back up so wanted to have something that would evenly distribute the weight.

Backpack 100%! I have a Ryla Pack diaper bag and I love it. I have been using it exclusively and my daughter is over a year old now. I like that it isn’t big and bulky like a lot of diaper bags I have seen, it’s pretty lightweight too, and it doesn’t look like a diaper bag. It just looks like a stylish backpack, but it has all the diaper bag features like insulated bottle holders, a changing mat, lots of pockets, etc.

Backpack for sure. And I would say not even a regular school backpack, a backpack that is made specifically as a diaper bag. The one we have has tons of different compartments and even has images on little tags by each compartment (diapers, wipes, bottles, etc). The wipes are on the side and are accessible without opening the zipper, the bottle compartment has insulation so we can throw in an ice pack and keep them cool. Makes it super easy to load and know where everything is!
