This product has been around since I had my first son who is 19 and I used it for all three. It was worth it-especially when  Iwas first living in an apartment! 🙂

my sisters had one and its such a pain to use and a waste. They’d get full so quick when their young and then when their older it barely fits. Theyd end up just sitting on top or something. It was nasty. Or if it gets too full the diapers would end up in the kitchen garbage which was a million times worse. Not to mention you still need a garbage for everything else thats not a diaper.  When its my time i’m just gonna get a very well sealed garbage can with fresh scent bags.

we have a diaper dekor (very similar) and I would say yes they are worth it. the cans themselves are cheap – its the bags that add up $$.  so you can always try one and i you dont like it, its not much money wasted.

I thought it was very easy to use, and not nasty at all.  you should empty it every other day or so and it will be fine (you dont really want poop sitting around in ANY container much longer than that).  Super easy (love the step open, the auto closing lid, the easy to use bags etc).  Just dont get the biodegradable bags – good for the environment, but they don’t work!
