(Closed) Did any of you use Adeline Leigh catering in Grand Rapids area?

@one.daniela:  We are using Adeline Leigh for our wedding too.  Though the wedding hasn’t happened yet, we did go to the tasting event back in January.  There were soooo many options, we were a little overwhelmed by everything they DID have there and it wasn’t even their entire menu!  Everything was really, really delicious and we ended up choosing the following:

Entrees: Country Ranch Chicken, Sliced Beef w/ Mushroom Brie, and Red Pepper Rigantoni w/ Alfredo sauce

Sides: Asiago Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Escalloped Apples, and Green Bean Almondine

We’re doing the standard hot buffet w/ 3 entrees.  Since we booked in 2011, we got the $13.75/person rate.  I think that only goes up by 50 cents a person if you booked under the 2012 prices.

The crazy thing about all of this was that I hate breaded chicken and red peppers – which makes two of those entree choices seem kind of weird.  Seriously, their food is so good they made me like two things I normally hate! 🙂
