So I’ve basically had the opposite of morning sickness and have been hungry and usually wanting spicy foods and last week even woke up in the middle of the night to eat. This weekend I did a 180 and haven’t thrown up but have felt incredibly nauseous and kinda wish I’d throw up so I’d stop feeling sick to my stomach and I only want really bland foods and am completely exhausted, like I just want to sleep all day. I went for a run/walk yesterday and came home and slept for a good 2 hours. I’m about 10 weeks along so I would have thought symptoms would be going away and not all of a sudden start developing.

girl, everyone is different. I had sero morning sickness at all until I was about 9 weeks and it went on for about 5 weeks then magically went away!

I’ve had morning sickness all the way along from week 6, but I didn’t really get the fatigue-hit-by-a-truck feeling till about 9 or 10 weeks and then that lasted about 3 weeks. Up till then, I still felt ok to exercise, and exercising was the only time I didn’t feel sick!

My morning sickness started at about week 10 and has been going strong ever since (I’m 13 1/2 weeks right now). Here’s to hoping it ends soon for both of us.

Ah jeesh, I’m hoping this doesn’t last for 3 more weeks. Any magical cures so I can eat something other than bread?

Mine got worse at 15 weeks and improved by 18-20 weeks. Gah, it was awful! Hang in there, the second trimester really is beautiful!

My morning sickness has been worse the past few weeks (I’m almost to 13 weeks) then it was a month ago. Everyone is different! I can’t wait to enter the second trimester!!!!!

I wish I could give advice but there are days I can’t even keep down water let alone food. Anything that everyone said should help hasn’t and some days the morning sickness meds they called in for me doesn’t help either. Only thing that remotely helps is keeping a full stomach (which is impossible when getting sick) and staying as still and inactive as possible.

@LpCutiPie did you try Preggie Pop Drops? They are hard candies (they also use them on chemo patients) and they’ve been very helpful for me. Also ginger tea and candy helps a ton too!

@Mrs. DG:The same thing seems to be happening to me! I hit 15 weeks, and for the past few days I’ve suddenly started throwing up! (I’ve been nauseous all 1st trimester, but never threw up). I’m glad I’m not the only one who has experienced this… and hope it goes away soon!

In the beginning I was getting sick maybe once every two weeks. Since we’ve been back from the honeymoon I’ve been sick everyday (I was fine there except in the car but I also get motion sickness easily)! I’m almost at 15 weeks.
@LpCutiPie: I was told sour foods/candies help, however I haven’t found any candies that I feel are sour.

My morning sickness started at 8 weeks. Its awful! I only throw up in the morning and then have to keep eating all day to not be sick again. If I let my stomach get empty I get sick. I’ve been eating bland foods like soup & bread which makes me feel ok. I’m hoping that this ends when I hit 13 weeks! I’m 9 weeks now so I have a few more to go. People told me to eat crackers, but that isn’t enough for me..I need more substantial then that to fill my tummy. I also snack on peppers and cucumbers at work for something healthy and filling.

I’m 7wks and just ushered in morning sickness yesterday morning. 🙁 I’ve been drinking ginger ale and eating little snacks to keep it at bay because I HATE throwing up!
