Hey everyone!!! Soo as I type this I am so giddy and yet have butterflies in my stomach!!! I got engaged last July to my wonderful man of now almost 4 years. We are getting married in May. I think now that it is officially 2013 and most all of our wedding plans are made – I am starting to FREAK OUT!!! Not in a bad way…I just keep having nightmares that stupid stuff is going to go wrong at the wedding…and I am starting to get so excited/nervous/giddy that the wedding is coming up so fast! It almost feels like cold feet. Not that I am unsure I want to marry my man, NO WAY, but like… I knew that I was committing to marriage but now that it’s four months away it’s like BAM staring me in the face!!! Anyone relate??

@trustingbride: Has your wedding date changed?
I am currently going between “OMG, it’s not that close” to “OMG IT’S REALLY THAT CLOSE”
I thought I’d lost the ability to get excited about things ever since I stopped getting excited about Christmas after childhood, LOL

I am so nervous and stressed out for our wedding!!! I started having nightmares about things going wrong two months ago and now it’s just this crippling anxiety that I get where I just want to focus soley on the wedding and skip work altogether. I’m a mess.

I am so nervous and only a few months to go! It’s definately a good nervous but nervous none the less. My fiance was laughing at me the other day because of this. I was laying down to take a nap (yeah I nap lol) and you know how you randomly have pictures go through your head sometimes when you’re getting ready to fall asleep? Well I out of no where saw him walking in a tux down the aisle at our wedding. It made me so nervous and my butterflies in my belly got so intense it snapped me out of my 1/2 sleep state. I started smiling but the butterflies were super intense

Very nervous excitement when I think about it and I’m still 6 months out

Yes, I’m going through the same thing! I’ve recently started having nightmares about things going wrong, and I keep worrying that something catastrophic will happen during the wedding. I wasn’t really worrying about any of this stuff until the new year, and then it all became very real. Here’s to hoping the nervousness subsides as the date approaches!

@mishagirls79: Hi date twin! I’m flipping out now that it’s less than 2 weeks. We planned early and had most major things done within the first 3 months of being engaged, but nevertheless there are so many things to do now that it’s down to the wire that there don’t seem enough hours in the day…and imagining everybody staring at us saying our vows is making me sooo nervous, even though there are only like 90 guests at our wedding and I’ve done theatre in front of a crowd of almost 1,000 before, so it shouldn’t be so nerve wracking!!!

@BookishBelle: Us too, we were a head of the game with planning!
Freaking out about being the center of attention, its all the little crap! We are also leaving for our honeymoon the following afternoon, so there is extra planning with that as well!
Good LUCK, I’ll share recaps with ya!

Yes–less than two months to go and it feels like I’m was at the peak of the rollercoaster but now I’m going down, full speed ahead, no stopping. I’m not nervous about getting married itself, but just that all the little details that still need to be done are done. 🙂

@fron330: I know. All I want to do is focus on the wedding and I wish I could take the next four months off!!!
