I did. It really made me think of what I really wanted when choosing/booking a vendor. Vendors that would take at least a week to answer an email weren’t good in my book or vendors that never answered an email. Makes me wonder! Anyways, inmediatly after I would keep doing research and choose someone that was prompt with any type of communication. Anyone else?

Communication must be extremly promt or I’m antsy.
I don’t think I should ever have to wait more than 48hrs for a reply. And I usually “need” (aka really want one for me to be impressed and happy) within 24hrs.
My florist is extremly sketch. I had met with her several months ago and we went through everything and I really liked her. I said I wanted a trial this summer, well I told her that in JUNE, and it’s end of August and she still couldn’t spare enough time to squeeze me in. I kept asking her when is good for her, it took her days to reply and eventually she stopped replying altogether.
I’m sorry but when your business is busy, you make time, hire more people or say you cannot accomodate me. You do not keep promising me time and time again we’ll have our trial… So I now have a consultation tomorrow with another florist.
