Some of the clay ones are not too dear – about $15-20? But then you’ve plenty of time to have fun making one…

i made mine and i’m selling them on etsy for $40.  i really don’t get the ones on there for like $100+, they are cute and all but come on!  i know there are more bees on here that made theirs, did you check in the DIY section?

we’re cheating… sorta.  Since we’re both HUGE D&D gamers (Dungeons and Dragons) we’re going to be getting the little figures (Reaper Minatures, love love LOVE Reaper minis) and will be painting them.  My Fiance is AWESOME at painting minatures and we found a Doc Holiday for him and will be searching for one for me!

Oh, and Reaper Minatures has everything from fantasy to western to steampunk and more.  I’m sure you could probably pay someone at a local gaming store to paint them for you if you’re not up to tackling that task… just be sure to ask for samples of their skills prior! LOL!
