I turned around after hanging my coat in the closet and he was on his knee with our pup was sitting next to him. So perfect.

awww all these pictures are the sweetest! They made me all emotional lol

@Terryal87 your picture was just divine! What emotion to capture!

My partner proposed to me in bed where I have the most fun with him. We spend so much time in bed just talking, laughing, running for “bar” in a chase. I loved it and felt it was perfect. It was very awkward for others though when a few people asked “how did he do it” so we change it to, “I was looking at the city through the window” and for some reason, that’s way better.

He gets upset sometimes because he’s a big romantic and had something grand in mind but the moment was right and he managed to smuggle the ring under the sheets. He worries every time we watch a movie and there’s a proposal scene on a roof or something. He always whispers, “I’m sorry I proposed in bed. Are you sad?” which makes me laugh so much.

He sure did. LoL it threw me off that he was on one knee because he was pretending to get something that fell under the table.

He did not and I wish he had. We were just lying on the couch watching tv.

He did get down on one knee…I cried and said yes, and then immediately freaked out that he had knelt down (cause it had rained all day long)…I started apologizing for his pants getting muddy!  D’oh!

He did. I wouldn’t say that it was something that was incredibly important or essential to me, but it was sweet. What was more important to me was that he proposed in private instead of in public (thankfully he thought to ask me beforehand which I would prefer, because he’d originally planned to propose in front of a whole group of people :-P).

He was on both knees, I think. I’m really not sure. I was just focused on getting the yes out without my voice breaking!

He proposed to me in bed, so he didn’t, but I think it may have been initentional, since he’s a veteran and has bad knees! lol

He has bad knees so one knee probably wasn’t an option. He got down on both though lol.
