I wasn’t sure.  I think he did but I was too busy looking at the ring.  He pulled the ring out before he asked the question.  lol

Nope and I’m so glad he didn’t. It looks cringey as hell. He was holding me in bed when he asked.

Not really…  see, I was sitting on a beach towel on the sand, and he was like, kneeling next to me, but I think on both knees…  or maybe he was also sitting, but I think he was kneeling, because he had to lean over to get the ring out of his camera case.  It’s all a bit of a blur, my whole brain shut down, essentially!  I just remember seeing him grab something and say there is something he’d been wanting to ask me, at which point I kind of realized what was going on, and then I could only say “really?” over and over.  I love that it was a surprise!  But I was totally unprepared to accept his proposal gracefully!

No, we were laying in bed. I was asleep and woke up to him being all cuddly and sweet and when I opened my eyes the ring box was open on my pillow. I almost head butted him! After I gasped and didn’t knock him out he asked!

He did get on one knee but it felt a little awkward to me for some reason! I can’t even remember what he said, just felt almost bad he was down like that and immediately pulled him up so I could hug him ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes, and I didn’t know what to do so I got down on my knees too and he proposed while we were both kind of squatting there ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah he did, it was sort of weird. I think he thought that if he didn’t I wouldn’t believe that he was really doing it. Super cute though.

Yes he did, and I cried so much I couldn’t answer at first. He was very happy with that reaction! ๐Ÿ™‚

He didn’t get down on one knee.  I didn’t really even consider the fact that he hadn’t until the next day when I was talking to some friends about it in more detail.  Haha.

We were in the middle of Hurricane Sandy on the water (all his plans got ruined), so he didn’t get down on one knee but I was perfectly ok with that cause he still asked me to be his wife and make him the happiest man! We are also eloping this NYE and celebrating with our families next NYE, so we are not that traditional…

Yes, he did. I’m glad too because that’s the way I feel it should be.

Sort of? I was sitting on the floor when he proposed and he kind of snuggled up next to me and asked.
