Thin band- go back for it!

    Scalloped band- stick with it!

If your fiancé REALLY loved you, he'd buy you both. ;)

I know that last option was a joke, but anniversary present hey now!

I WANT to like the scalloped one more, because I’m not super matchy-matchy, but honestly, the thin one wins my vote. It shows off your center stone better and is just gorgeous!

I really love the scalloped band! Its similar to what I envision for myself and I also have a thin halo engagement ring that creates a relatively large gap when worn with a band. However, from reading your post is does sound like you’re leaning towards the thing pave band. Either way, they are both beautiful, but it sounds like you prefer the thin band.

waterbaby:  This is a tough call since both bands are beautiful!  I’m huge fan of mismatched rings, but I voted for the thin band since I think it better compliments your e-ring.

I’m also a fan of stacking rings, so maybe you can get (or keep!) the scalloped band as an anniversary band later on to be sandwiched in between your e-ring and thin band. 😉

waterbaby:  I have a very similar e-ring (round center/cushion halo, pave band) and that exact scalloped band! So obvi, I am biased. I love the mismatch and have gotten so many compliments on how unique the band is!

The need for symmetry in my life says the thin band but my adventurous side says the scalloped band.  I’m no help but they both look beautiful!  Maybe you could get one of the bands later on for a right hand ring or a stack?  Maybe get the thin one now, and the scalloped one for a 5/10 year anniversary?  Or the other way around, as the thin ring will likely never go out of style.

SCALLOPED!!!! Love that it makes each band stand out and look unique in it’t own way. Notice when people stack all 3 they tend to put the scalloped in middle (next to e-ring) and thin pave on other side of scalloped. That is because the e-ring and thin pave are so similar neither stands out but with scalloped in middle each one pops more ! 🙂 I say scalloped now and let each ring be noticed as an individual and add thin pave for anniversary … or …. (hint to your future DH) I have read stories (here on the bee) of some very sweet romantic men surprising thier brides with a second band as a wedding gift! 😉

I think if the scalloped ring was thinner, it could work, but it looks so heavy next to your delicate engagement ring. So I say thin band.

I adore the scalloped. I love how different it is. Where I’m from everyone has matching sets and it just gets boring to me after a while.

I love them both! I think you should keep it and maybe you could add the pave band for your first anniversary and have an awesome stack!

Pave! I think the scalloped band would be better with a solitaire.
