I think both dresses look great on you. The second actually flatters your figure VERY well. But it doesn’t matter what we think, you have to feel comfortable in your dress.

Yea, I love the second dress too!  It is so flattering on you.   The second dress looks amazing, and not everyone can pull that off.  I even went back to read your post again to make sure I was reading your post right.  It isn’t what we think that matters though.

I’m going to sound like a huge downer here, but my wedding was 3 weeks ago, and I really don’ think everything is as big of a deal as it seems going in.  There were some things I didn’t love about my dress, and I freaked out about it before.  I was still happy the day of and I still felt beautiful.  Looking back, it’s too bad I didn’t find the perfect dress for a cheap price, but I’m glad I didn’t spend any more than I did.  I don’t think dress regret after the wedding is the awful tragedy everyone thinks it is.

If nothing else, you look gorgeous in both dresses.  You can’t go wrong:)

I love the one you got!  It looks fantastic on you!!!

And@kayp23: hit the nail on the head… I’ve been a planner for a long time.  Once your weding day gets here, you’re going to be so happy and so beautiful that many of the things you’ve overthought and worried about incessantly truly won’t matter any longer.

Good luck!!! (and that’s a nice daddy you’ve got!)

Haha, that’s true.  I was just SO happy on the day of that I didn’t care about anything except becoming a wife (and I’m a detail-oriented control freak!)

@kayp23: I’m backing you up! I’m so crazy, anal about a lot of details but the day of, nothing mattered except marrying my sexy man and having fun!

but the good news for craftyideas is, its normal to feel dress regret when you’ve tried on a really expensive dress that you loved before the dress you chose…but its also normal to second guess everything before your wedding! BUT you look absolutely stunning in your wedding dress!
