I think it’s nice, but i feel like it’s so early to have dress regret when you haven’t even purchased it yet! Since you’re already having regrets, I would suggest trying on some lace/bling dresses and see how you feel. You might not like them at all once they are on, or you might love them more than your current dress!

I would at least try on the other dress take pictures look at them side by side then imagine yourself walking down the aisle. decide which one you really see yourself in.

To be honest, this dress was definitely not my favorite of the ones you’ve posted before. Since you dont have any strings attatching you to this dress, I’d definitely go try on more.

Given you are not locked into buying this dress, I don’t see the harm in looking around some more to see something else fits your ‘dream dress’ specifications better than this one. I agree with the PP who said that it’s not good that you’re getting dress regret this early on, so definitely have another look!

@HisNightOwl2014:  I think unless you try on the other dress you will spend months trying to decide if the dress you picked is the dress and if you should have tried on the other dress. Just give yourself a dewadline to dine the dress so you don’t spend the rest of the time to your wedding dress shopping. This is coming for someone who picked a dress and majorly regreted and cried about it… if I could have done it all over again it is what I would have done

@HisNightOwl2014:  +1  definitely was not a how do I look do you like my dress post. But anyway reading how in love you are with your dress… I change my mind and say stay away from the bridal shops. If you tried on lace dresses already. Remind yourself you love your dress and how awesome you are going to look in it. YOu can spend months more trying on wedding dresses but if you actually love the dress STOP LOOKING!

well i like your dress and why do you want lace?? the dress is fab on its own. Could you not incorporate the lace into your wedding some other way, for example with lace shoes or with lace wedding wands for example and keep yourself busy with that??

@HisNightOwl2014:  Wow. You seemed like you werent sure about if you liked your dress 100% and wanted to try on more. So therefore I thought you were asking opinions on if you should try on more. I think you should. I’ll be sure to never voice another opinion to you again though. Good luck with your dress search.

If you’re uncertain, I think you should keep looking.

ETA: and once you are sure, stop looking. That’s the best way to avoid dress regret In My Humble Opinion.
