I think it’s a very pretty dress! I had the same problem with dress regret after looking at the pics that I took of mine. I would recommend trying to remember how you felt when you tried it on. I ended up having to go back to the store to try it on again to remember how I felt. Hope your dress regret goes away πŸ™‚

You can always make another appointment to try the dress on again. I didnt like the pics of me that I tookin my dress, but every time I put the dress on, I felt confident it was the right one.

i looked at the pictures my mom took on her phone when i bought my dress….and i looked like a whale wrapped in white lace. lol pictures dont do it justice. Especially when it hasn’t been fitted to you.

You had that feeling when you had it on. Feel confident in that!!

Did you say TOO form fitting for your curvy figure?! GIRL PLEASE! There is no such thing! Hourglass is the ideal body shape, and as such you need to show it off. πŸ˜‰

We’re our own worst critics! When I went to the salon with FI’s aunt and cousin I was critiquing myself to no end in my dress, and a random girl came up to me and said, “You have the body I WISH I had. You need to rock a dress that shows off the figure that everyone wants.” And once I looked in the mirror some more, I realized that I did look pretty great (self-absorbed moment, haha) and needed to look past my own personal body issues.

I would definitely go in and try it on again. When you look in the mirror, notice how absolutely amazing you look in that gown! And remember, Fiance loves you AND your body. So why not show that off? πŸ˜‰

I’m having the opposite dilemma! Being a curvy girl I fell in love with a form fitted dress because I felt like my curves would be better suited in a simpler formed dress. I ended up getting a puffyer dress and now I’m wondering if I’m covering the curves too much. Wanna trade? πŸ˜‰

I hate lace, but that is one very lovely dress. It will look even better once it’s properly fitted.

I think it’s important to remember that the dress is too small for you.  When I tried on a dress that was too small I hated the way I looked in it, but then they pulled out a larger size and it completely changed my opinion.  Things bulge out in ways you wouldn’t believe when it’s too small haha.  I think you’re going to look great once you get your dress in your size!
