So, I was extremely excited about our invitations! I looked over the wording a million times and thought it was fine. However, now, I’m afraid that I messed them up!!!!
My parents (bride’s) are hosting and I put my full name, including my last, on the invite. I guess you’re not supposed to. Is this just going to look ridiculous or what?

Don’t worry, I doubt anyone will notice. I think I’ve seen it both ways, anyway.

Don’t worry – that is such a minor detail!
And remember the majority of the people you send invites too no NOTHING about weddings and proper invitation wording!

haha Good! Ah, I felt like such an idiot! There are so many stupid rules though. I guess this is when you step back and realize IT DOESN’T MATTER! 🙂 🙂

I am putting both mine and his full names on the invite! Hey, they’re our names, right?
Don’t worry yourself about it I think it’s fine!

I put both my sister’s and her groom’s full names on the invite b/c that’s the way they wanted it. As long as you aren’t inviting Emily Post, I think you’re good. When it comes to weddings, it’s mostly abot what the bride and groom wants.

I’m pretty sure I did too. I hadn’t heard of this rule until now. Oh well, nobody said anything. I think it’s fine.
