@Ready4TheKnot:  Why do they have to be from David’s? This is your wedding…. You shouldn’t be settling for stuff.

I don’t consider buying bridesmaid dresses from David’s to be settling for anything. That’s a lot of money to ask someone to spend on a dress they’ll wear once, then it’ll get shoved into the back of their closet for a few years before being tossed into a VVA pile. Plus, if she got her dress from David’s, they usually gives a discount on bridesmaid dresses.

I actually am wearing this in navy for my sister’s wedding.  It is really pretty on and is perfect for her outdoor lake wedding.  They are really comfortable and inexpensive so that was also a plus.

I think they’re cute 🙂 A little traditional, a little unusual, definitely whimsical and light.

Personally, I think that necklace may be a little heavy for such a light dress — but it depends on the time of day, the color of the dresses (I think I missed that, I apologize), and the venue (indoors or out, may have also missed this, lol). Have you considered something a little smaller? Even if the pearls were a little smaller, or if there were fewer strands?

@ktmcgwvu08:  Very true!  I originally intended on choosing a color, length, and fabric, and then allowing each of my girls to find a dress that fit them best… my girls wound up falling in love with the same dress, and in a totally unexpected color (I was thinking pastels… they fell in love with a bright cobalt blue!). They looked so amazing in the color and dress that I changed my whole vision and went with it. 🙂 They looked beautiful.

@swanks4tw:  That’s so funny, I was thinking the same thing. That meatball dress! This dress is incredible in comparison.
This dress is cute. At first I thought it was a little plain, like I’d want to add something to it. But now seeing it on real people, I like it even more. It looks really beautiful on all the bridesmaids posted on here. Plus, it can be re-worn as a cute summer dress. Now I want it.
