I honestly like it a lot!

How long do you have until the big day? I’d suggest some peelings. It would do wonders. 🙂

If you have oily skin, a good primer underneath will help a lot.  I have oily skin and use hourglass mineral veil.  It’s pricey, but it works.  I like a more natural look too.  She just needs to put less foundation.  Tell her you only want a medium coverage so your skin shows through and you still look like you.

You’re gonna be a beautiful bride!

This looks pretty good! A few minor suggestions but you’re already looking beautiful:

1- the color of the foundation is off, it’s a little more yellow than your skin, it appears from the photos. This makes it look heavier

2- you can go in with a q tip or a damp make up sponge edge and carefully dab at cakey areas to smooth it out, just be careful that you don’t think it out in areas where you want/need coverage

3- your eyebrows could be a bit cleaner and less heavy with the powder. The arch shouldn’t be lost

4- prepping the skin will help with the cakey areas too. Make sure you’ve been exfoliating lightly, moisturizing, and using a skin prep/primer that doesn’t react with your skin. I like MAC’s for your skin type, but there are a lot of good ones on the market.

Bottom line though- you’re beautiful and you’re going to be a stunning bride!

I think the brows are throwing me off. They look uneven and choppy underneath your brows. I zoomed in on your side profile pic, and she didn’t draw the line where your brow hairs are.

Make sure your skin is exfoliated, moisturized and primed. I find these 3 things help give a smoother and more receptive surface for foundation. In terms of not breaking up- that might just be the foundation she used. Some foundations break up on my skin no matter what other products I use. A setting powder and setting spray can also help keep foundation in place without breaking up or sliding around.

lifetimegoals :  I strongly suggest MD Complete Skin ClearinG – non-irritating pro peel

Do it at home. It’s not pricey and results are phenomenal!

Lots of hydration. Drink water, water, water.

Skin care should become part of your daily. Cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize.

You’ll see results after a couple weeks. 🙂

The eyebrows look a little off (and you have great eyebrows so show them off!!!). My main issue here is with the hair, though. It looks pretty flat from the front, as if you had it done 4 hours before and isn’t all that polished in the back either. I’d try a different hairstyle and possible a different stylist for hair.

wathenwedding17 :  Love the lip color, love the eye makeup and love the flower hair piece! In my honest opinion though, that foundation color at the top of your face is off. It’s too dark/orangey for you. Or maybe she put on way too much bronzer? Or tried to contour? Either way, something is off (at least when photographed). The color around your chin/lips/nose looks like a good match though 🙂
