Please share the designer, price, and where purchased if you had or will be wearing a bridal jacket with your gown. I plan on getting one for my dress and would like to know what my options are besides the salon for purchasing one. Thanks In Advance.

Etsy has some beautiful boleros there. Orices are better than the boutiques IMO

i wore a bolero by maggie sotero that i bought from the shop that sold me my dress. i purchased the sample they had in the store for about $135.
i almost bought one from tulip bridal (where i bought my veil), but i didn’t want to buy anything without seeing it in person and with my dress, so i just went with the one at the shop. my dress was an allure and even tho the lace didn’t match perfectly, it was pretty close.

charlotte.english.39: They are difficult to track down for sure. The one that you are inquiring about is actually part of a dress. The dress is by Mori Lee and the style number is 1962.

charlotte.english.39: You would have to get it custom made or find out who the designer is and see if the shop will order it. My jacket is a Maggie Sottero that goes with my dress. I ordered my dress and tried on a jacket with it and decided to purchase the addition after. I looked at places online but did not like the quality.
I only say that it needs to be custom because the first pictures look like they are made by dress designer and not something that could be found on its own.

I wouldn’t describe those as boleros. BHLDN and Leanne Marshall have several “toppers” to choose from. I think Jenny Yoo might too.

I asked my seamstress to make me one similar to this picture. I bought lace at a fabric store and she is making it for me for $150

This Mori Lee topper can be bought separately and isn’t a million miles away from the one above:

charlotte.english.39: I am still trying to figure it all out. Since I posted this thread I’ve been going back and forth with getting a “topper” or not. If I do I will probably go back to the salon where I purchased my reception dress. The owner showed me several she planned to order that looked like the second pic I posted. They are suppose to come in early Spring.
