I vote third party, while Darling Husband votes Democratic; but we’re both liberals, so it works just fine.  🙂

ETA:  We often vote similarly in ballot measures, but differently on candidates.

We don’t agree on every single thing, but the vast majority of our political beliefs are very similar.  My husband even mentioned how much he loves my passion about social issues in his wedding vows 🙂

We’re at about the same place on the political spectrum. I don’t know how couples in inter-political marriages do it! I don’t know that I could be in a relationship with someone so diametrically opposed to what I believe in and vice versa…I imagine a lot of tense dinners! Kudos to those who make it work!

We voted the same. We tend to agree on most political and social issues.

Fiance is not quite as liberal as I am, but for the most part we vote the same. I’d like to say that it wouldn’t matter if we didn’t, and it’s not that I want to tell him how to vote, but on certain issues I cannot imagine marrying somone who did not feel the same as me. A little odd to think about considering religiously we are worlds apart and that works totally fine.

We agree on most political issues with some slight differences when it comes to the social issues.  We always vote the same.

We never vote the same because my husband refuses to vote.

He says that it is because he doesn’t want to be called for jury duty. I have tried explaining that the two are not linked and it is his civic duty to vote. But it hasn’t made a difference so far.

I think we both voted for the same candidate, but to be honest, I don’t know. for sure I grew up with parents who believed your vote was private, so it never occurred to me to ask Darling Husband who he voted for.

We’re both pretty interested in politics (him moreso than me), and luckily we agree on the issues.

Fi and I have different views, but agree on a few key points that are important to us.

We normally agree on proposals, but not on elected officials… Go figure! 🙂
