Mine will be champagne in title but it’s really more of a creamy ivory.

Champange covered with ivory lace. Looks so dark next to the other dresses, but on it’s own I’d call it vintage-ey ivory. My mom was horrified that it was so dark, but when I tried on the same dress in ivory/ivory…just didn’t “wow” me as much (Though I’ve seen other girls rock the same dress in the ivory/ivory and it looked stunning).

Regardless of color- as long as you are comfortable and feel beautiful that is all that matters.

Mine is ivory. Indeed it does look dark next to white but you can’t really tell once it’s on. I’m not sure what I’m doing with my hands in this picture but here you go:

The dress I picked only came in ivory, so I never had a choice. Smile

@naturedoc1112:  beautiful. Love to see the awkward poses we make in our dresses lol.

OP that is weird that she is insisting on off-white. I’m sure the color won’t matter as much when you find the one you love.

@brideybean:  I bet you won’t be able to tell unless you hold it up against a “white.” Plus different designers have different whites and ivories, some darker than others. A lot has to do with skin tone, too. A friend of mine was adamant about having a PURE WHITE dress, but when it came to how it looked on her pale skin, the light ivory won out. In dim lighting in the church, no one would notice the difference. If anything, it looked like antique lace!
