@babybump  congrats!! I tested positive last week and I wondered the same thing too.  I stopped taking vitamin B complex, b6, and vitamin E.  Most of the stuff i read online said it wasn’t good during pregnancy, but I think I read women take vitamin B for morning sickness, so I don’t know.  I’m just taking a prenatal, vitamin D, iron, and  DHA.

B6 helps with morning sickness, so I’d keep that up.

@babybump  Congrats!! I got my BFP at 12 DPO today too! Crazy! I’m jealous of your pretty lines 🙂 hoping mine progress like yours soon!

As for the B Complex, I started taking it two cycles ago and I’m going to keep taking it until my first appointment and see what my doctor says. I’ve read that B6 helps with morning sickness!

Here are my BFPs!

I wasn’t taking Vitamin B complex, but I stopped taking any additional vitamins, exept for baby asprin.  I’ve heard you can take B6, like PP’s have posted.

congrats! I would continue taking it. I took B12+folate for my entire pregnancy and it really helped with my energy levels

I was taking a B50 complex vitamin to help with spotting before my period and it seemed to help lengthen my luteal phase and I became pregnant shortly after. When I went to see my Dr to confirm the pregnancy I asked if I should continue to take it and she said my prenatal vitamin was good enough. That is just what my Dr said though, other Dr’s may have different opinions.

I never took B complex- just prenatals.
