I’m having a blusher on my veil but I’m going to have my Dad lift it when he’s finished walking down the Aisle so I can actually see Fiance during the ceremony lol 🙂

Plus, my Dad can give me a kiss on the cheek then 🙂

I wore a picture hat (Ugh!)- the late 70s. My daughter’s wore shorter veils, without blushers. I haven’t seen a blusher, or veil lifting, for years and years, in my family/social circle.

I wasn’t planning on doing it but my Maid/Matron of Honor and girl friday talked me into it. He lifted it for the kiss, it was down for the entire cermony

I hada a birdcage veil. I moved it after the ceremony was over. It was “down” for the whole ceremony

Oh I love the idea of the veil lift! Not sure if I’ll do it yet, but it is so lovely.

mrgswifetobe:  I wasn’t sure either but I’m so glad I did. It just really popped the entire cermony

I wore a drop veil and had my father pull it back at the end of the aisle before I walked up to my husband. I wanted to have the veil out of my face for the ceremony, but still wanted pictures with the veil covering my face walking down the aisle.
