It is hard to know when implantation occurs. They say it comes a few days after conceiving, which, if that is the case then I didn’t feel it (they also say it is accompanied by some spotting). I didn’t really have cramping (or spotting/implatation bleeding) before my missed period, but I definitely had it afterward!

I just had some pretty wild cravings, tired, and my throat hurt. Not sore, hurt.

I don’t think I did… but I had typical PMS cramps so I knew I wasn’t pregnant and expected AF to show up.  Yeahhhh…. now we have a 16 week old and AF STILL hasn’t shown up!

I had some cramps around the time implantation could have occured.  They didn’t feel like normal AF cramps; they were sharper.  I don’t necessarily know of they had anything to do with implantation though, and I had no idea what they were are the time.

I had twinges and pinches on one side that lastes about 2 days. It was very distinct from normal period cramps.

There’s no way to know when exactly implantation happened. There are a few days so even if you had cramping it might have just been a fluke. Or if you are pregnant it doesn’t mean those cramps were actually implantation happening.

@onyx81:  I had the same thing, I cramped on 8 and 9dpo, and it was different than any pains I had felt before, very sharp. Even after I got my BFP and I had cramps from the uterus expanding etc, but they were more dull.

@runningcali: For my first BFP, I did feel it.  I had cramping for about 3 hours the evening of 6DPO and I just knew what it was.  Got my BFP when I tested 10DPO.  The second time though, I didn’t feel implantation.  I did get cramps 8 and 9DPO which I never do unless I’m pregnant so I tested the evening of 9DPO and BFP!  But those weren’t implantation.  The implantation cramps felt more like pinching/pulling on one side.  The cramps I get at 8/9 DPO feel like AF cramps but I only get those if I’m pregnant otherwise I don’t cramp til the day AF is due.  I never had implantation spotting.

Nope I didn’t feel it, not exactly sure when it happened.  I just know at 4DPO my boobs started to hurt.

I didn’t– and had no pregnancy feelings until about 7 weeks.

Perhaps. There’s no way to know for sure but i def had some odd twinges. Also I knew I was pregnant because for 2 days before my period was due I had all day cramps. I never get any symptoms of AF. I can see how it could have been mistaken for AF symptoms but things just felt unusual for me.
