No. I had to track them all down. About half of those that had not responded yet because they 1) wanted to bring an uninvited guest and were afraid to ask or 2) they weren’t coming and didn’t want to have to give me an excuse (not that I would have needed one).

Yes, I had quite a few come in just before the due date. We also had some come in during the week after the due date. But, we had our share of non-responders too.

What kills me is that a lot of our non-responders were recently married couples. It’s like “C’mon! You know we need your reply!”

I got quite a few the last day or two before the deadline. 50% of those were actually my RSVP cards being sent back; the rest were verbal (via text/phone call/etc.). I think the declines were at the all-time high about 2 weeks prior to the deadline and almost all of the last-minute ones were “yes”. We then chased down a few post-deadline.

I got a few in the last week, but most I had to track down.

@jackndiane:  I had to hunt down about ten guests to see if they were coming since they didn’t send back an RSVP at all! People are so rude!!

I’m 1 month away and I have only received 58 of 167.  They have 2 weeks left to respond.  It is stressing me out!!

I was shocked by how many RSVPs waited til the end to come in. But come they did!

We got a ton at the beginning.  Then they trickled in here and there in the middle.  Then there was a flurry at the end.

My RSVP date is 10 days away and we’ve received about 45 of 125 responses.  I anticipate having to track people down.

We had a lot come in at the end, BUT we still had to track them down with about 20 people after the RSVP deadline passed. It was annoying, but a necessary evil especially if you are doing a seating chart.
