My Maid/Matron of Honor is putting so much work into it! Did you get your BMs a thank you gift for your shower? I’m getting them gifts for the wedding, but I feel like I should get them a thank you for this too.

I did, and I think it’s definitely a nice thing to do. Mine was cohosted by 5 people (meaning they shared the cost and workload), and I spent about 15-20 on each person’s thank you gift (I got them each something personal).

My Maid/Matron of Honor and her mother are hosting my shower next weekend, so I’m going shopping today to get something for them.

I made homemade treats for my BMS and the other people that hosted my shower (9 of them)…cookies and cake balls, they loved it, it wasn’t expensive and I love to bake, so it was perfect.

I got my MoH and mom (who put it all together) gift cards to their favorite restaurants, and am getting something for my aunt whose house they had it at (just haven’t decided what yet…)

FI’s aunts are hosting my shower today. I took an idea from another bee and put a gift together for them. I’ve thrown a shower and it’s a lot of work, so i wanted to show my grattitude immediately after the shower. Then I’ll follow it up with thank you notes later this week.

My bridesmaids put my shower together, and I bought each of them a Slatkin & Co candle from Bath and Body Works. I also wrote little thank you notes for them.
