@bohosioux:  No, but I am making him this in my hotel room while me and my girls are having hair and makeup done. One of my girls will take it to his hotel room when its done. The guys are getting ready at 12 noon, so they can have a few beers while they get ready. The beer cake will be make so that there is only two beers per guy, don’t want a drunk groom or groomsmen at the ceremony! This is an example I will make mine look much more wedding like.

Yes but ONLY because we recently came into a large sum of money (from a car accident settlement) so we decided to splurge on our gifts for eachother since we have been saving for the wedding and haven’t done anything really nice for each other since we got engaged. I decided with the idea from fellow bees to do the New, OLD, Borrowed, Blue tradition for HIM. I got him a TAG watch engraved with our wedding date and a cute phrase. That’s something NEW. Something borrowed will be his tux (I know not the greatest LOL). Blue is a Dallas cowboys keychain that’s OUR team. And OLD a pair of cufflinks that I had his step-mom send me that were his dad’s. I can’t wait to give everything to him:)

@mishagirls79:  Now THAT is a great idea!!! So crafty!! I would steal the idea but 2 of his groomsmen are underage (My brother is 14 and his brother is 18). LOL

Yes.  I bought him a gorgeous Burberry watch as his wedding gift.  I absolutely love seeing it on his wrist!

@mjwyatt84:  You could still make this, but have some rootbeer soda in cans mixed in with the beer for the underage groomsmen!

Yep, I bought him cufflinks and a card.

He got me nothing… but that’s to be expected.  He’s not really a “gift guy”.

We weren’t going to do the whole gift exchange thing, but I bought him something on the whim yesterday (funny that this thread just popped up!).  I felt so bad that he spent a pretty penny on my e-ring and soon-to-be wedding band.. and all the poor guy wanted was a $35 wedding band.. a tungsten ring with carbon fiber inlay. I simply couldn’t let that slide.

I decided to splurge on my man and told him not to get me any gift (I seriously feel that my rings are way more than enough!)  I bought him a 2-day BMW performance driving class.  He makes me feel guilty for spending so much, but he can’t seem to stop smiling.  EPIC gift, I think! Wink  Hey, he’ll be learning tricks on safe driving to protect me and our future kids!  It’s a win-win

Nope, we agreed that we didn’t want to spend any extra money on gifts for eachother when we already spent a lot on the wedding, rings, and honeymoon.

We aren’t planning on it, but we really aren’t big gift people.  It is a great idea for people who are though!
