I’ve been planning on putting a Menu on each table at our e-party, since our guests don’t know exactly what they are having. The only thing our RSVP card asks for is if someone wants a Vegetarian Entree. Aside from that: Everyone else is getting the same thing.
I was just typing out our menu, and I got kinda sad at the end that I was spilling the beans about our Nutella Crepe Station & Winter Warm up station. I kinda wanted them to be a surprise, but as a guest, I’d like to know ahead of time, just so I could mentally prepare for the deliciousness headed my way lol..
Would you want to know about yummy dessert stations ahead of time? Or would you want a surprise? Should I just put the title of the sations and no info about them, or should I put a quick description?
This is the whole menu:
Circulating Soup Sips
Butternut Squash Soup circulated in espresso cups with bread croistini
– Tortigilioni Alla Vodka with Pancetta
– Shitake Mushroom & Leek Risotto
– AAA Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon
– Supreme Chicken Breast stuffed with Porsciutto & Provolone in a White Wine Mushroom Sauce.
– Served along with a seasonal vegetable bundle and a Potato & Yam Crepe.
Mini Crème Brule – Chocolate Dipped Strawberry – Cheesecake Lollipop
Late Night Service
Nutella Banana Crepe Flambé Station:
Rum-Flavored Bananas & Pecans flambéed live served in a fresh crepe with warm nutella and ice cream
