For my bridal shower I’m hoping people just buy things off of my wedding registries.  I think that’s pretty standard though, but if you want to do something fun, I say go for it!

You know what? My Maid/Matron of Honor asked me if I was going to do a separate registry for my Bridal shower. I was a little confused. I thought my Fiance and I register together. Does that mean we have to have a "wedding shower" too?

I tried having a bridal shower registry through MyRegistry.com, and it failed miserably.  Everyone just wanted to buy off the Bed Bath & Beyond registry because it was easier and it is obvious everyone is waiting until the last minute, so an online registry is not happening.

I did a bridal registry that was really only for the bridal shower. No "girly" stuff, just couple stuff to help us refresh what we already have. My sister got me a few girly things but more for tradition. I didn’t have them on my registry.

We don’t really want presents at the wedding, so no, we’re not registering separately for the bridal shower. But my friends are giving me a lingerie shower too, and the Fredericks idea is great!!
