I was certain I was pregnant the month I did get pregnant… and the month before! 7dpo is pretty early to have symptoms, most of the time if you did conceive the egg won’t implant until 6-10dpo anyway, and then it takes a few days for the hormone to build up enough to have a positive hpt. Good luck!

Yes. I tried not to get my hopes up too high in case I was wrong. My boobs hurt so bad and got huge (like went up a whole cup size) and I slept all the time. I had a feeling, I took a test before my missed period and got a clear positive. Sadly that ended in MC. But we have been trying again for the past few months and several times I’ve thought I was, but wasn’t. The symptoms could be pg symptoms but also pms.. Fingers crossed for you. And I hope you can find a good Dr!

I think MOST men are convinced they have super sperm. The first time we had sex after making the decision to start trying, DH was like, “Well, you’re pregnant now.” I can’t tell you how many times I had “pregnancy symptoms” that got my hopes up that cycle, and in the many, many cycles that followed. I swear I never noticed sore boobs in the days before AF showed up before we started trying. There were also times I would be naueseated, especially after eating, during the TWW. Your mind and body will do things that will convince you you are, even if you aren’t.
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant, but it took us two years of trying to get there. I didn’t even test until a few days after my missed period because I had all the signs/symptoms of AF being right around the corner.

I was 5 weeks pregnant and throwing up a TON. Thought I had the flu.
Second time we had ordered out food that I went to pick up, and I saw a Walgreens and said to myself (honest to goodness) “Oh. I’m pregnant, I should get a test.” Wasn’t late for my period, had no symptoms. Just KNEW.

about 1 week after we DTD, I was raging so hard I knew I was pregnant! Got my bfp the days my period was due (2 weeks after we dtd.) I would have been shocked if it was a bfn.

Yes. So far every TTC cycle I’ve convinced myself I was pregnant because of this or that. Unfortunately I have yet to be actually pregnant.

I was sure I was pregnant the cycle before I actually got pregnant. The cycle I was pregnant I was sure I WASN’T pregnant. In hindsight there were little things I might have noticed, but nothing that couldn’t be attributed to AF symptoms.

Thank you so much to everyone for sharing. It is just so interesting how everyone experiences things differently. I’m still convinced that this isn’t our month.. Looking forward for next month!

Nope..every month I’d convince myself THIS IS IT!! And it never was. The month I got pregnant, we’d only BDed TWICE. TWICE!! I had period cramps (which lasted till I was about 6 weeks pregnant). I do remember my boobs hurting the day my period was due, which is weird because usually they hurt before AF and then go away when my period is due. I remember thinking ‘that’s weird’ but it didn’t really click. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw those two lines!!!

Nope I had no idea. I also had implantation bleeding I thought was my period so I had no reason to suspect that one or two days of feeling off were actually related to pregnancy and not just random incidents. I didn’t get full blown symptoms that stuck around until after 8 weeks…

Yeah, part of the reason I figured it wasn’t our month was the month I got pregnant we one DTD ONCE during the fertile period. After trying for two years, who would have thought THAT would be the month it happened? I also had cramps that were just like I was about to get another visit from AF. Our bodies are so weird! 🙂

I didn’t have strong symptoms apart from being more emotional that normal and I had very stong feeling that I was pregnant but just tried to ignore it as it was our first month casually trying and I was sure it wouldn’t happen straight away. We had also only BD’s twice that month. Then when I was 2 days late I decided to do a Clearview test. I still didin’t expect a positive so I got the biggest chock when the word “pregnant” popped up almost instantly.
I am now a few days short of 18 weeks pregnant with my first. 🙂

Yes! Totally just knew. Woke up in the morning and took a pregnancy test (even though we weren’t “trying”) at like 6 am. It was positive and it was about 4 days before my missed period. I really had no symptoms yet, just knew for some reason. Now I’m 28 weeks and DH and I are so excited to meet the boy 🙂

I knew just cause I had a feeling…. I tested at 9DPO which was about 10DPO past when we BD. In the days prior I was super exhausted and I had started to pee A LOT ALL THE TIME. Other then that I didnt get many pg symptoms until later… sore boobs around 6w and then the nausea and food aversions wasnt until almost 8w. Im not sure I’ve heard of those in particular happening within a week of BD lol…but who knows, all of us are diff!! 🙂 Just stay calm until you take the test. How far from O were you when you BD do you know? like that day or the day after?
I read somewhere that even though they dont know exactly what causes MS per say… but it does more then likely have to do with the influx of the pg hormones …. that once your in it a few weeks your levels are astronomical and your body is like WTH?!
I will advise you to get the PINK dye FRER test and preferably not the clear blue tests… the blue ones are notorious as not being as reliable and the lines are much easier to see on the pink ones (more sensitive).

Before our positive pregnancy test, I had just gotten off the pill 2 months ago and was still trying to track my periods to see if they came regularly. I was also getting used to those lovely PMS symptoms that were showing up again after years of not getting them and just felt ‘weird.’ I didn’t get the full blown symptoms until I was about 7-8wks preggo, and that was after I confirmed my pregnancy with the dr.
