I wanted a girl so bad because I knew my husband wanted one real bad but deep down u knew I was not getting a girl..even when they told me I’m having twins, most likely fraternal…I just knew I would get two boys but I didn’t want to admitt it to myself and I kept hoping I was wrong. I admitt I cried a little in the car in the way home after finding out and even Darling Husband said he was a little disapointed but we got over it pretty fast! We adore our two boys, and my huaband is so proud! and couldn’t imagine things any other way.

But yeah when I was pregnant it just felt like it was a boy(s) I can’t explain or describe it!

i wanted to have a boy but super early in my pregnancy (a couple of days after my BFP at 9dpo) I started dreaming that baby was a girl. I even bought baby a purple and grey rattle 3 weeks before we went in for the anatomy scan. Baby turned out to be a girl.

I was pretty sure I was having a boy, just a feeling. I tried to be neutral when I talked of the baby, but I kept slipping up and saying he. And sure enough it’s a boy.

One of my friends was likewise sure she was having a boy, she bought blue everything and then u/s said girl. She just refused to believe it and she was right, scan was wrong (keep in mind this was years ago – back when 13 weeks was the first time they could detect a heartbeat. Science has progressed).

When my sister got pregnant she didn’t tell anyone straight away until she’d been to the doctors, during that time I hada dream she had a little girl in the dream I never saw the toddlers face but I cuddled her and she had curly blonde hair. I told my sister imagine my suprise when she said she was pregnant! It was a girl and she has curly blonde hair,my sister is dark with straight hair but I have curly blonde hair. My sister told me she had a dream recently about her daughter being a toddler and playing with my baby, we are ttc so fingers crossed And my niece is 17 months.

I have no friggin’ clue! Lol! I am taking a wild (and I do mean really wild) guess here that it will be a girl. We got about 3.5 mths to find out!

I was fairly certain I was having a boy. I didn’t have “intuition” per say, but my husband’s family is mostly boys, I didn’t have any morning sickness, and we used IUI to get pregnant which I’ve read leads to a higher number of boys. All these things logically told me to expect a boy, even though I still had the occasional moment of thinking I would be surprised and find out it was a girl. But I was right, boy! The ultrasound tech even asked us before she revealed the sex if we had any ideas and I said “It’s gonna be a boy!” and was right.

While I totally woke up one morning thinking it would be a boy and could no longer imagine it as a girl (later found out I was right) I still can’t say I felt I knew it because it’s just 50/50…. However I love guessing family members’ childrens’ gender and so far I have guessed 3/3 right.  I guess just by what I can imagine as their family.
