Yes, it's special and I'll keep it forever

No! Who cares about the box, the ring is on my finger

It's probably still lying around the house somewhere but I haven't kept it especially

I kept the box since its a redwood box.  I keep it for when I take off my ring at night I put it in the box and put it in the box for various reasons like cleaning, doing dishes, etc.  I’ll probably keep it for awhile until I get a ring holder.

I’m not really sure…. I still have my ring box, but that’s because my ring came as a set, so my wedding band is still in it at the moment.

After the wedding, I’m really not sure what we’ll do with it…. I plan to use our ring bowl from the ceremony to keep my ring in if I ever take it off, so I won’t really *need* to keep it…. but I don’t see myself throwing it away, either.

The ring box itself is just a grey box, but they put it inside a maroon gift box that has a ribbon tied around it. Currently my whole box is still tied up with the ribbon, and I untie it every time I want to look at my band. It’s sort of fun, to be honest ๐Ÿ˜€

I have kept both my e-ring and wedding ring boxes (complete with outer white boxes Laughing).  They are stored in a secure place and I want to make sure that they stay in pristine condition.Wink

I’m not really emotionally attached to the box that my e-ring came in, but I do plan to keep it. I don’t wear my ring while I’m showering, sleeping, doing dishes etc, so when it’s not on my hand, it’s in the box.

Hmm. This thread is making me think I should get a fancy new ring box… I have to keep my rings on a high shelf when I’m sleeping or showering, otherwise my kitties will run off with them. I know this because I found one of my RH rings under the oven with a fleet of jingly mice. It’d be much more convenient to have kept the box!

I have it in a box somewhere in my room. I kept it because I felt like I should. But who knows that it will ever be used. It’s not an exciting box in the least.

@Novemberfriends: I’d probably go so far as to track down the Ebay buyer, explain the situation, and ask if they’d be kind enough to send it back! I know I would if I received such a request! ๐Ÿ™‚ Anyhow, blessings on your ring, its box, and congratulations to you!

I have the beautiful blueish/purple Tacori box for my ering, and I also kept the really pretty jewelry store box for my wedding band.  The band is “living” in the Tacori box until the wedding, because it is SOOO pretty and if I want to take a photo, it comes out better with the blue/purple background.

I had a custom “home” made for the ering…A little silver heart engraved jewelry box from Pottery Barn, with our wedded last name initial on it….FI’s idea to match my silver jewelry box also from PB.  It matches but designates the ering as super-special from the jewelry in my regular jewelry box:)

I kept mine because I thought I’d cherish it forever. It’s bopping around my room somewhere, not exactly being cherished, but I’d probably be sad if I lost it. I have the bag the box came in too but it got a little wrinkly
