Yes! But only show the website's photos so seeing YOU in the dress is still a surprise!

Yes! But only show the photo of YOU, as a sneak peak of what he has to look forward to!

Yes! Show any/all the photos you can find!

Yes! Show him and see what he thinks - if he doesn't like it, you still have time to find another!

No way! Make it a surprise for the wedding day!

I showed my FI my dress before the wedding and have no regrets!

I showed my FI my dress before the wedding but I regret it!

I didn't show my FI my dress before the wedding and he loved the surprise!

I didn't show my FI my dress before the wedding but I wish I had!

Well don’t show him until you are 100% sure, this way you don’t have any regrets if you decide to change your mind.

I think that if you plan to do a first look anyways then go ahead.

I have the same problem with my dress though, and we are not doing a first look. I absolutely love my dress and it will not arrive until mid January. I have slipped up several times with photos of it laying around and he closes his eyes quickly!

I would not show him if you’re not doing a first look.

P.S. just think of how you will feel AFTER you show him. When I think of that I realize that I’d kind of have a sad feeling for having showed him (even though initially we would have a special moment)

I voted other because I WANTED to show him (I wanted him to come with me, ffs), but he says no.

Nope! Originally I wanted a big, princess ballgown and Fiance was TOTALLY against it. He said I’d look way better in form fitting and simple.

Low and behold, I go dress shopping and form fitting and simple was much more “me”. I hate when they’re right -_- However, he won’t know he’s right until the wedding.  He doesn’t think I can keep it a surprise until then, but just wait! I’ll just keep letting him think I have lots of tulle and sparkle. 😉

First of all congrats on your dress! It’s beautiful! :-))

I did show myhubby the dress. he actually went with me to buy it. And he was the one, together with my mom to help get into my dress the day of the wedding! I loved it that way, it was different, I liked even though it’s super rare, and I loved the photographer caught that moment. :-))

What a gorgeous dress! I love how it highlights your waist.

I have told my fiance a little about the dresses I was looking at, just to gauge his respones. It definitely helped me narrow down some of my options. : ) I would never show him my dress, pictures or otherwise. There is just so little mystery left in this world, why would I forfeit it in this?

I think that it all depends on your relationship with your Fiance. I know that for me, my now DH is my best friend. I literally can’t keep a secret from him if I try. He is my sounding board, my supporter, and my greatest source of strength. I won’t lie, my family was totally opposed, but I showed him anyway and I felt great about it. He teared up and couldn’t stop telling me how wonderful I looked, so it definitely helped to boost my confidence (I think that’s why I never had dress regret). And I will add that it didn’t change the experience of our wedding day at all. We did a first look and he got all choked up and couldn’t stop staring anyway. Same thing when I walked down the aisle! 🙂

i am not showing my Fiance the dress because i don’t want to, and plus he is traditional so he would never want to see it even if i wanted to show it. we both love the idea of a surprise and i know he would love it regardless, no worries.

Heck no! I’m not superstitious or anything but I do want to see his face that day when he sees me for the first time.

NO NO NO! This is one of the few things I’ve been so adament about, he can’t see the dress. He bought my accessories, he has seen my veil, but no dress!
