So, I’m just in a silly mood.
If your dress didn’t have a name (just a number) did you name her?
What names did you come up with if you did?
If you had a named dress what was it? Did you like it? Or want to change the name!
My dress does not have a name but I want to name her! Other then my precious!

My dress didn’t have a formal name but the color is called ‘desert bloom’ and we’re getting married in Las Vegas so that’s what I call her.

Hehe I’ve never thought about doing this. Nope.

Do not remember honestly that was 2 years ago

@nocleverbeepun: That is cool! We are doing a Vegas wedding too, I want to call my dress something other then 255!

- Wedding: September 2014 - Lodge
My dress came with the name “Alana”. While I don’t hate the name I just don’t think she’s an “Alana” so I call her Siobhan. Because I’m 1/2 Irish, I love the name and I think if I were to get married at a destination I could see myself wearing her on a cliff over looking a gorgeous Ireland scenery.

My dress was already called Tabitha. I suppose I quite like it, but I can’t say I gave it a lot of thought!

@butterflywings: I didn’t have a name, but it was definitely a “she”

Hehe. Mine’s Juliet, but she’s an “it.” I can’t explain that… it just is 🙂
Post # 11
Nope. The dress was just a thing. Didn’t warrent a name or a gender.

@butterflywings: my dress was named “Montana” and I’ve left it at that since Fiance is actually from Montana.

My dress is an “it”, not a “she” that needs a name other than what the designer gave it. I’ve never really understood the dresses are female inanimate objects thing.

@Pinkmoon: LOL I guess I never thought about it… just assumed she was a she, but if she is an IT then that gives me more options if I were to name her! LOL Gender neutral names that way!

My dress came with a teeeerrrrible name from the designer. It was the La Sposa “Mullet” and lady at the salon was most apologetic about it! I’m sure that in Spain they pronounce it differently, or at the very least, the word doesn’t refer to a wacky 80’s hairstyle lol!

No, my dress just had a style number.
