We drank more than usual but for some reason weren't drunk

We drank, but neither one of us reached the point of buzzed, there was just so much going on that we forgot to drink!

After watching my Fiance and his best friend and groomsman at a reunion this summer, I have already informed him there would not be a repeat of that on our wedding.  A drink or two throughout the night is one thing, owning a piece of the bar at the end of the night is a whole different story.

I will drink as usual wich is not a lot. FH will do too. We are not big drinkers but like to have fun and dance. We’re having an open bar so we’ll definitly be using it!!

Neither of us are big drinkers, but we might have a sip of something tasty like sangria here and there. I have no tolerance for alcohol, especially hard liquor, and I don’t really enjoy the taste of beer or wine or even champagne (I know, I’m a dork). Any more than 2-3 drinks and it all comes back up…

I know of someone who got so drunk at her wedding she had to get her stomach pumped. 🙁

We both I think had maybe one drink all nite, there just wasn’t time to drink, between the dancing and talking to the guests!  I think I had the same beer for 3 hours and it wasn’t even close to being empty!!  Now our guests on the other hand had several drinks!!!!

We both drank but not as much as we normally do. I really didn’t want it, what I really wanted was WATER! There was so much going on I would drink Champagne (our venue has my favorite champagne) but it wouldn’t taste right b/c all I wanted was water.

I’m surprised no one admits to being too drunk!  I definitely know guys that were too drunk at the reception (but not brides) so maybe that is why…

I voted that we drank more than normal but weren’r really drunk..until the drive home.  We both got progressively drunk as we got home for my sister to sneak into the house and get our passports since we forgot them, and we were keeping her quite entertained on the ride to the hotel

We both drank, plenty!  I was buzzed, but definitely not drunk.  DH was very  buzzed.  We were both dancing (and therefore sweating) so much that i think we sweat it all out!

We both drank, a little more than usual, but didn’t get drunk. All four of our guests were drinking too; it was an awesome party.

we both drank, but only BARELY!  we were so busy seeing people and dancing and enjoying everything, it was just impossible to really drink.  i think i had a sip during the best man’s toast and that was pretty much it!  i definitely wouldnt have wanted to be drunk at all on that day though, but i should have worried about it. (still, i wouldnt have minded just one or two!)
