I just layered baby powder and deodorant on my thighs and it worked great.

Lower thigh length spanx. Not quite knee length but almost?

That or i like to wear a pair of dance tights since I have a bunch anyway. They do. Not. Slide. They’re super tight while also being very flexible. It’s took me 8 months to finally get a run in 1 pair i have. ALSO, they have the little hole in the foot so u can raise them up to about  mid calf level & have your real foot showing.

I’d do spanx or use deodorant. Deodorant is the best anti chafing I’ve found

Undercarriage! Deodorant made for underarms, under breasts or below the belt. They also promote their product for the prevention of thigh rub irritation: https://undercarriagedeodorant.com/

2Toms sport shield!

I’m a distance runner, so I know this stuff lasts in all types of conditions. I would, however, carry some with you to reapply if you think you will need it for more than 6 hours.

I second the thigh bands! I’ve worn them all day and all night, and I love them. They’re what I plan on wearing at my wedding. No reapplying anything, and they are pretty sexy even.

If you have very sensitive skin, be aware they have little elastic grippy bits that keep them in place. Never been a problem for me though.

Do not use deodorant down there please! It is not good for you. I use megababe. It is the best stuff that I have found! I use it all summer under dresses and it keeps the chub rub away!
