I am considering using one of these two websites to DIY my bouquets. What was the best resource you found to help figure out how to make your bouquets? I am planning to buy some test dozens of roses from Costco to experiment with, but I am not 100% sure where to begin.

There are tons of resources I found online while Googling, including some links to videos which walk you through the process. But the best thing to do is actually do it in person, so you can get a feel for what size you like, shape, format, numbers, etc. Indiebride has a huge thread with DIY Flower tips as well that was helpful to read through.
I used fiftyflowers.com– you can see a review in my profile as a thread I started, if you want to read it for some tips. Good luck!

I used fiftyflowers.com because of all the rave reviews I found! I haven’t gotten the flowers yet, but the prices were good and right after I placed the order, I got a phone call from a real person confirming that the order was correct and was what I wanted. I was surprised, and pleased! I think they’re great!

Heres a review that I did about my fiftyflowers.com delivery…I had a great experience with them and the flowers lasted a long time. Which means for a bouquet I could have made it several days in advance.

I too used fifty flowers – the flowers were great! So many posts about them – some good and some bad but mostly good – Just remember to have them delivered a few days in advance so they have time to open! Good luck!
