rosecut:  I did both. For the ceremony and pictures I wore champagne satin pumps, which were actually pretty comfy for heels… I don’t usually wear heels.

And for the reception I hot a cute gold pair of flats to wear. So comfy and I thought they looked great!

My heels were so comfy that I never changed into my flats! Wore these for 12 hours straight!

Heels for ceremony and part of reception then I’m handing out these babies and taking a pair for myself!

I’m very picky about shoes that aren’t comfortable. Mine were actually pretty awesome!

I am going to wear silver blingy Sperries. I wear Sperries a lot, when there is not almost 7 feet of snow on the ground 🙂

i wore kate spade for keds. i have a muscle disease, so comfort was paramount. of course keds aren’t comfortable, so i put some insoles in them. ended up barefoot/in flip flops about 30 minutes into the reception anyway though.

These are mine! I am having a beach wedding so I need something that will be manageable in the sand!

I’ll wear my Reebok sneakers under a billowing A-line gown with semi-cathedral train. Comfort is everything for me since I have a bad left knee. No can see my sneakers under all that lace and I don’t need much extra height (5′ 6″ with bare feet, relatively tall for Asian gals).

I wore cowboy boots. But we had an outdoor rustic wedding. They were SUPER comfortable!

I am approx a UK size 2.5 and am having a lot of trouble finding a pair of shoes that don’t slip off and don’t dig into my ankle bone. I really want to wear heels as I’ll look a bit ‘dumpy’ if I don’t but I have fibromyalgia so foot pain could end up being a major issue… I’ve found a company online who can take a ‘3D scan’ of your feet which they keep on their database and then when you order online, the shoes are made to that scan. I’m thinking a standard high heel close toe pump with a platform. Heel height about 4″ but with the platform should feel a bit lower. Then I’ll wear them at work everyday until they’re broken in! Now I just have to choose between blue suede and silvery grey silk.

Here are my flip flop sandals from Havianas. I am wrapping straps with ribbon. They are sooo comfortable and they don’t “flip flop” so they won’t be flicking sand up the back of my dress on the beach.

They will look similar to this…

rosecut:  I’m not going to wear shoes at all but I would suggest flats or a small heel. The make sock for heels that have a pad for more support. You can find them at walmart they also work with flats.
