I know where hes going because HE is the one its a surprise for. As of right now he thinks he is going to Montreal but in all reality he is going to Vegas! I am going to be packing for him with the help of the Bridesmaid or Best Man the night before. I dont know exactly what theyre doing but Fiance doesnt like strip clubs (reword: HATE) and so even if they end up at a strip club its not the worst thing in the world because he will just be plain awkward!

I pretty much know the details. Hanging out at a friends house/drinking/playing yard games. Getting in a bus/limo and bar hopping. Going to the strip club. Then passing out at the friends house.

I was with him and his buddies when they were planning it and I know and trust his friends (there is also the possibility of bribes). I will probably ask him to call when he gets there and when he is on his way home so I know he’s safe, and I’m sure I’ll here about a fourth of the stories now and the rest over the years – nothing too crazy but he deserves some man time and I try to encourage him to hang out with his friends.

Prime example as to why some details are necessary:
FH is on night 2 of his 4 night bachelor party
Before he left, all he said was the name of the hotel they got a suite at – no room # – nothing else – which was all I thought I needed to know.
In the middle of the night last night, I awake to our home line ringing. Strange. I pick it up thinking, “Oh God. Something has happened.”
It was one of FH’s guy friends wondering if he has called me lately (no – I am sound asleep) because no one can get ahold of him. WTF? It dawns on me that I have no room # so I cannot call the hotel room and I have NONE of the other guys’ #s to call them, either. I try FH’s cell phone which just rings and his voice mail box is full. That was an awful feeling.
Luckily, FH was passed out in the room and awoke to the guy pounding on the door repeatedly and then called me right away. However, that is precisely why I wanted some details, such as hotel, name on room, room #, and maybe one other guy’s # just in case.
Like I said, everything is cool… but that was a frightening call.
