My sister/MOH never did, but honestly she helped me assemble the invites so I never technically mailed her’s either, just handed it over.  My brother did, my parents did not (but they WERE the hosts).  My bridal party did.  It helps to HAVE the RSVP if you are doing seating charts, music requests, etc.

My parents and grandmother did.  My brother “lost his invitation” – although his girlfriend sent back an RSVP for herself (she recieved her own invitation, they don’t live together).  My Maid/Matron of Honor sent her reply by mail as well.

On FI’s side, his parents, one set of grandparents and brother (ok, his brother’s gal, since he was out of the country) all sent their replies to us.  One grandmother didn’t respond, but we expected that scenario, because of her health and the relationship we have with her care-givers.  The best man is his father.

They were some of the first people to respond! We had menu selections on our RSVP cards, though, so it wasn’t enough to just know they were coming. Also, we needed to know if their spouses were coming.

Some (I want to say 2 of them) of them RSVP-ed officially. The others that didn’t I just had to contact them to get their entree selection.

I didn’t RSVP to any weddings I was apart of. The couple obviously already knew I was going. 2 of them actually never bothered to send me an invite….lol

Other – some did and some didn’t!  Most did, though, so I voted yes.

Some did and some didn’t.  I think my parents wanted to keep their invitation including the RSVP as a memento.  One of my bridesmaids RSVPed immediately just to test the mail timing.
