My Fiance didn’t. We were sitting in the car talking after I picked him up at the airport. He had been gone for about a month so we were just talking before we got on the road and he asked.

My DH did. Some guys do, some don’t. Either way, don’t let people make you feel bad about your proposal!

Mr. Library got down on both knees!  It was incredibly adorable!

Mine did, and it was especially cute because he was just wearing his PJ bottoms… hee hee.

No kneeling here.  We were both just sitting on the couch when he looked over and said “so you want to get married?”

We were on a very shaky bridge. So no, he stayed standing, for fear that he’d fall off. He was also scared he’d drop the ring, so we waited until we got off the bridge to put it on me.

My Fiance did not– I turned around and he was standing there, holding out a cupcake with the ring stuck in the frosting. I think it’s my profile pic 🙂

My guy had just laid a blanket in the snow and we were sitting. No knee. I would have felt funny had he dropped to one knee.

I know he did it for his EX (she orchestrated her proposal.  Told him what ring she wanted, and what he had to do and he had to do it in public)

For me, I had always said I wanted a private proposal because I know he opens up more when in private and I wanted that moment to be about us and not anyone else.

Besides, who wants a repeat proposal of the exes.  She was a gold digging witch

Nope. We were lying in bed together, just talking, the night before our 6-year anniversary.

Fiance was so cute–he did get down on one knee, but I didnt know it right away. I was reading the proposal and he told me to turn around. WHen I did, he had already been on one knee. It made the moment, I must say! I think he was down there for a while because I tackled him with hugs and kisses!

Nope… He asked me when he was seated in the passenger side of my Beetle in a parking ramp before we went in for our anniversary dinner.

yep he got down on one knee. I don’t remember what he said though. I was in a daze!

No…I think I would’ve laughed if he did.  He held my hands & looked right in my eyes.  I could see why people ask the question though…just making convo.

No, he was standing in front of the Christmas tree when he handed me a box to open. I immediately hugged him after I opened up the present.
